NETWORK ADMINISTRATORS / INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
We are currently qualifying Independent Contractors to do work for us on a project basis. We
have various projects available. The projects can range from assisting a client with a 15
minute phone support call to designing, installing and maintaining networks.
We design, install and manage networks for small and mid-size organizations and provide
various services in connection with such networks. As a Contractor you would be an
independent consultant who provides services to our clients.
We are not looking to hire employees at this time, but would like to have Technicians do
work for us as Independent Contractors. All payments will be reported to the IRS on Form
1099. In the future, we may hire some of our Contractors as employees.
Currently we are looking for Independent Contractors with the following background:
Network Administrator experienced in: hardware / software installation and setup, technical maintenance,
user support, documentation, troubleshooting a network, coordinating preventative maintenance and
disaster recovery services.
Required Experience:
• Windows Server, MS Windows (PC), MS Exchange
• 2 - 3 years of on the job experience required
We are looking for Independent Contractors who have excellent communication skills and who present a professional image.
We have clients in the greater Chicago area, so local travel is required.
Compensation is based on skills and experience.
We have about 10 hours of work per week to contract out at this time.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Everest Technology was incorporated in 1997. We design, install and manage networks for
small and mid-sized organizations and provide various services in connection with such networks.
Our goals are:
1) to provide clients with a worry-free computer system and
2) clients effectively utilizing information technology to flourish and prosper.
We have a service that almost every small to mid-sized business can use. It gives them
faster service, lower cost and a higher level of expertise. We need an Account Manager to
offer this service to the owner or CEO of these businesses.
What we would like is to find someone who has sales experience talking to CEOs and small
business owners. Someone who could come in, find out about what we have to offer, put
together a presentation, meet with the potential clients, show them how the service will
benefit them and close the sale.
The Account Manager earns a commission from the initial payment on a new sale, plus 10%
of the gross margin on payments made for the life of the contract. These payments are
generally made on a monthly or quarterly basis. We offer a base salary plus commission.
We would expect the Account Manager to earn $40,000 - $100,000 per year.
Needed Skills/Background:
• Ability to easily communicate with CEO’s / owners, understand what they need and want,
to present our solution
• Experience setting appointments, meeting with clients and closing them.
• Enjoys sales and helping the client
